Product introduction

Use
The manufacturing process of electromelted brick is to mix carefully selected zircon sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder according to 1:1, add a small amount of NaZO(in the form of sodium carbonate), B2O(in the form of boric acid or borax) flux, mix evenly, melt at 1900~2000℃ after casting, can be prepared containing 233% ZrO cast brick. On this basis, casting brick containing 36%~41% ZrO2 can be prepared by using partial desilicized zircon sand as raw material.
Zircon brick
Fused brick is a white solid formed by melting pure aluminum oxide powder (Al2O3) and zircon sand containing 65% zirconia (ZrO2) and 34% silica (SiO2) in an electric furnace and then injecting it into the model for cooling. Its lithofacies structure is composed of the eutectoid and glass phase of corundum and zircon clinite. Physiologically speaking, it is a eutectoid of the corundum and plagioclase phases, with the glass phase filling between their crystals.
